He has passed the Security Industry Essentials and Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law exams and is on the path to obtaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. In his free time, Case enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and kayaking.

He held positions in various customer service-related roles for Nationwide, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America. Richard then joined rebel Financial in October 2017 where he currently helps with new business acquisition, client inquiries, setting up prospective appointments, and review appointments for our clients. He enjoys forging new relationships with people and is client-focused in nature. A lifelong and diehard Buckeye fan, Rich would love to one day play in a poker event at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.

Her extensive background in customer service and e-commerce operations, combined with her expertise in sales, logistics, and retention, ensures that our operations run smoothly and client satisfaction is consistently enhanced. Diane's proficiency in internet applications and her Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification further strengthen her ability to deliver exceptional service and support.

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Joomla, WordPress, jQuery, and SEO optimization, and highly skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Ferdz combines technical expertise with creativity to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen digital presence, and support organizational growth
