  2. A Tesla proposal to approve executive compensation on a non-binding advisory basis– FOR
  3. A Tesla proposal to ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCooper LLP as Tesla’s independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending Dec 3, 2021– FOR
  4. A stockholder proposal regarding paid advertising. Against – Customer reviews and word of mouth have worked as unpaid advertising for Tesla.
  5. A stockholder proposal regarding simple majority voting provisions in our governing documents.- Against
  6. A stockholder proposing regarding reporting on employee arbitration – Abstain
